| Abstract: | In order to provide theoretical basis for reasonable development and artificial cultivation of Taxus spp.resource,taking 4-year-old individuals in T.cuspidata,T.chinensis var.mairei and T.media as experimental materials,differences of chlorophyll content,photosynthesis characteristic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic among the 3 varieties were compared.The results showed that T.cuspidata had the highest contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid in the 3 varieties,and... |
