| 摘 要： | 到2011年,贵州茶园总面积20多万hm2,茶园面积在全国排名第四位,茶园集中程度明显改善。茶叶专业合作社的良好运转对促进茶产业的快速发展将起到重要的作用,对避免市场风险,提升茶农素质,增加茶农收入,解决三农问题,建设和谐社会主义新农村均将起到重要的作用。但茶叶专业合作社作为近年来形成的新型合作组织,其在实际运行中存在许多问题,本文作者通过对贵州省湄潭县茶区村干部及茶农的随机采访调查,分析了当前茶叶专业合作社运行中的功能缺失,并提出了相应的对策。
