2000-2005年辽宁省稻瘟病菌种群动态分析

2000-2005年6年间,共分离测定了辽宁省稻瘟病菌411个单孢菌株,经7个中国鉴别品种鉴定,结果划分为7群36个生理小种,在辽宁省流行的优势种群为ZF群和ZE群,近年来致病性强的籼型种群ZA出现频率增加,致病性弱的粳型种群ZF出现频率下降,2001年导致抚9621水稻抗瘟性丧失的ZA₂₅小种2005年又重新出现,上世纪90年代初表现优势的ZG群小种2005年没有检测到。

Dynamics of rice blast fungus in Liaoning Province during 2000-2005

Monospore strains of Magnaporthe grisea Barr isolated from Liaoning Province were identified by using 7 Chinese different varieties during 2000-2005.The 411 monospore strains could be divided into 7 groups and 36 physiological races.The tests showed that ZF and ZE were the dominant groups in Liaoning Province.In recent years,the occurrence frequency of highly virulent races of indica and japonica races ZA has increased,and that of ZF,a weakly virulent race,decreased.ZA25 was the dominant race in 2001 and it occurred again in 2005,but the races of ZG disappeared in 2005.
