摘    要:研究了水牡丹幼嫩花序离体培养中愈伤组织和芽诱导的适宜培养基和6-BA与2,4-D浓度,诱导培养基中6-BA和2,4-D的最佳组合。结果表明:水牡丹幼嫩花序离体培养中愈伤组织和芽诱导以MS为基本培养基,加入2.0 mg·L-16-BA,配合1.0 mg·L-1KT和0.2 mg·L-1NAA效果最好,继代增殖培养以MS为基本培养基,激素以0.5 mg·L-16-BA和1.0 mg·L-1KT, 0.1 mg·L-1NAA时效果较佳。水牡丹离体培养和快繁中无需另作生根培养。但移栽成活率只有60%左右。

Abstract:In this study, a protocol for plant regeneration from inflorescence pieces was established. It involved the culture of 1~2 cm long pieces of inflorescence stem on MS medium, 30.0 g·L-1 sucrose, 7.0 g·L-1 agar, 1.0 mg·L-1 KT, 2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA and 0.2 mg·L-1 NAA. The callus were transferred to fresh medium with 0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA, 1.0 mg·L-1KT, 0.1 mg·L-1NAA, where bulblet developed. It had no necessary for root induction. However the survival rate of plants transplanted on a large scale was only 60%.
