知识型员工的绩效管理探析

摘    要:知识经济在全球范围内的兴起和信息技术的飞速发展,使知识成了推动社会发展和人类进步的最主要因素,而知识的载体——知识型员工也相应成为知识经济时代的核心生产力,影响企业的生存和发展。但传统的绩效管理存在诸多不完善之处,难以适应新形势的要求。文中从知识型员工的特征出发,探讨传统绩效管理的不足,将知识型员工细分为高科技项目团队、一般管理人员和技术人才三个方面,并主要从高新技术团队层面构建新的绩效管理模型,以激励知识型员工发挥最大潜能为企业创造最大价值.使企业赢得竞争优势。

Abstract:As knowledge-based economy is booming globally and information technology is developing swiftly, knowledge has become a primary factor for social development and human progress. Accordingly, the carriers of knowledge knowledge employees have become the core productive force of the era of knowledge economy and, therefore, are closely associated with the survival and development of the enterprise. The traditional performance management model, which has many defects, can hardly meet the requirement of the new environment. Starting from the characteristics of the knowledge employees and based on a discussion of the shortcomings of the traditional performance management, this article subdivides the knowledge employees into three groups: the high tech project team, the general management personnel and ordinary technical personnel. A model for the management of the performance of the high technology and new technology team is recommended in this paper to encourage the knowledge employees to bring their talent into full play and to create the greatest value for the enterprise, which will help the enterprise to win the competitive advantage.
