| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来，大学生法制教育内容创新经过探索、发展和深化三个历史阶段，已经形成了自己特有的内容体系。它的创新历程留下了宝贵的历史经验：从国家与社会的安定团结出发，彰显大学生法制教育内容的时代性；提高大学生法制教育内容的实效性，促进“两个融合”；完善大学生法制教育内容体系，提高大学生的法律素质。

| Abstract: | In the past 30 years, the contents of legal education for university students have gone through three historical phases, i.e. innovation, development and deepening, and formed its own unique system of contents. Its innovation course indicates that in order to ensure stability and unity of the nation and the society, the contents of legal education should highlight the contemporary times, improve the effectiveness of legal education for university students and promote the integration, and enrich the content system of legal education for university students and improve their legal quality. |
