| 摘 要： | 基于国家级高新技术产业园区在我国发展高新技术产业过程中的主导作用和代表性，文中将以我国国家级高新技术产业园区为对象，实证分析研究与发展（R＆D）投入对高新技术产业产出的贡献度，并就R＆D投入强度和效率水平做出评价。实证分析结果表明：R＆D投入对我国高新技术产业园区的总产出具有明显的贡献，R＆D投入形成的技术资本成为过去十余年促进我国高新技术产业园区发展的重要要素。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that national H＆N industry parks have played a leading role in the process of the development H＆N industry in China, this paper takes the national H＆N industry parks in China as the object to do a positiwe study of the effect of R＆D investment on H＆N industry by measuring its contribution rate to H＆N industry output and evaluating the index of R＆D investment intensity and efficiency. The results show that R＆D investment has had an obvious effect on the output of national H＆N industry parks in China and the tech-eapital formed from R＆D investment is an important factor for the development of H＆N industry parks in China. |
