论农林院校大学生就业工作中的思想政治教育

随着社会就业形势的日趋严峻，农林院校大学生在就业过程中凸显出诸多思想问题，主要原因在于对大学生价值观、社会责任感、职业思想和心理素质等方面思想政治教育的缺失。要改变这一状况，就需要多途径加强学生就业中的思想政治教育，积极发挥辅导员在就业工作中的思政教育作用，确保思想政治教育“四到位”。

On Ideological and Political Education in the Work of Student Employment in Colleges of Agriculture and Forestry

As the situation of employment is becoming increasingly severe in the society, many ideological problems emerge and become prominent among the students of agriculture and forestry colleges in the course of their seeking employment, mainly because of the lack of ideological and political education in their values, sense of social responsibility and vocational and psychological quality. To improve this situation, we need more ways to enhance the ideological and political education in job-hunting and the counselors should play an active role in this respect so as to ensure the realization of the so-called ＂four in place＇ s. ＂
