蓝萼香茶菜种子人工老化过程中生理生化特性的研究

摘    要:研究了蓝萼香茶菜种子人工老化过程中发生的一系列生理生化变化。结果表明:随着老化程度的加深,种子各项发芽指标逐渐降低,电导率和丙二醛含量逐渐升高;老化种子内保护酶(CAT、POD、SOD)活性降低;种子内贮藏物质(可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖)也呈现逐渐降低的趋势。说明蓝萼香茶菜种子老化过程中种子活力降低可能是由于细胞膜系统受损和有毒物质积累所致。本研究可为蓝萼香茶菜种子的合理贮藏及生产上种子活力的提高提供理论依据。

Abstract:We study the seeds of Rabdosia japonica(Burm.f.)Hara’s physical and chemical changes in the process of the artificial aging.The result showed that the germination rate,germination energy,germination index and vigor index were reduced in aging seed.Also the electrical conductivity and MDA content raised with increasing of aging time.Its’ protective enzyme(CAT,POD,SOD) presented the trend of lower either.The content of the seed storage substances(soluble sugar,soluble protein) also showed a decreasing tendency.It turns out to be that the decline of seed vitdily in the process of aging might be due to the cell membrane systems which were compromised and poisonous or toxic substances accumulation.This study provided the theoretical basis for the reasonable seed storage and the seed vigor improvement in its production of Rabdosia japonica(Burm.f.)Hara.
