| 摘 要： | 蒙古柳是杨柳科柳属的灌木或小乔木,具有耐旱和盐碱特性,是固沙造林、改良贫瘠土壤的优势树种之一,具有较高的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。本文综述了蒙古柳的形态特征、盐碱应答特性以及遗传转化体系等方面的研究进展,以期为深入研究蒙古柳逆境应答分子机理提供参考。

Research progress on stress response of Salix linearistipularis |

| Abstract: | Salix linearistipularis, belongs to Salix in Salicaceae, is shrub and dungarunga species with strong tolerance for saline-alkaline and drought. It is one of dominant tree species for sand-fixation, afforestation, and barren soil improvement, which has high ecological, economic and social benefits. In this paper, the morphological characteristics, saline-alkaline response, and genetic transformation system of Salix linearistipularis were reviewed. This will provide valuable information for better understanding of the molecular mechanisms of salt and alkali response in Salix linearistipularis. |
