摘    要: 蚕豆根病病残体置于不同环境下,病原菌消减速度和致病性变异的程度不同:在模拟的大田浸泡和自然干湿交替系统中,菌群消减较置于室内干燥条件下快,其致病力与寄生阶段相比显著下降。病菌在蚕豆秸浸渍液中的繁殖量比在土壤浸渍液中大。除已知的初侵染源外,豆田稻茬也是这些病原菌的来源之一。

Abstract:Some assays on plant residues of Fababean root-disease kept under different environmental conditions revealed that the decreasing rate and the variation of pathogenicity of the pathogens were different too. The decreasing rate of the pathogens population under conditions of water flooded fields and the natural dry and wet alternated systems were all faster than those of kept dry indoors and their pathogenicity declined remarkably as compared with that of natural parasitizing stage. The amount of growth and mulitiplication of pathogens in the water extract of Fababean plants was more than that of soil extracts. Besides, the rice stocks are also known as a source of initial inoculum.
