金耳糖肽胶囊的Ⅱ期临床观察

使用金耳糖肽胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎 10 0例 ,显效 38例 ,有效 5 0例 ,总有效率 88% ,与二个对照相比 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,对受试者临床症状、体征、实验室指标改善的疗效明显优于对照。对HBV—M清除与对照相比 ,效果不显著 ,可能与疗程短 ,用药量不足有关。

Ⅱ Phase Clinical Observation of Tremella aurantialba Polysaccharide-peptide Capsule

cases of chronic hepatitis B treatment by the Tremella aurantialba polysaccharide-peptide capsule were observed,in which 38 cases had achieved notable results,and 50 cases showed effective.The total effective rate was 88%.It was remarkably more different than the two controls(p<0 05).The curative effective improvement of cli nical symptoms,body signs and laboratory indexes were obviously superior to the controls.It was not very effective in clearing away HBV-M,compared with the controls.This might relate to the short course of treatment and insufficient dosage.
