上农特种稻种皮色素的遗传分析

摘    要:以上农香糯与上农黑糯07为父母本正反交,和以上农黑糯07与铁桂丰为父母本正反交,杂交当代所结种子(F_1)的种皮色素与母本相同,F_1 所结种子(F_2)种皮色素均为黑色,黑色表现显性.F_2 所结种子(F_3)种皮色素表现株间分离,有黑色、黄褐色和白色3种,一株内种子颜色基本一致.黑色、黄褐色和白色种子的植株,其分离比例符合9∶3∶4的比例,是两对基因互作的结果,互作的形式是隐性上位.

Abstract:Using reciprocal crosses between Shang-Nong Fragrant Glutinous rice to Shang-Nong Black Glutinous rice 07,and Black Glutinous rice 07 to Tie GuaFeng rice,the (Kernel) seed vessel pigment of them (F_1) is similar to the female parent,the F_2 generation is black.The black is dominance.The seed vessel pigment of F_3 generation begins to express separating among plants.The segregation ratio of F_3 generation is 9 (black):3(brown):4(white ).This results confirmed that the inheritance of (kernel) seed vessel pigment fitted for the digenic interaction model,the formation is epistatic recessivenss.
