摘    要:为缩短传统石蜡制片法的制片时间,将电热恒温干燥箱应用于石蜡制片过程中,观察电热恒温石蜡制片法制片效果。结果表明:此法试验周期缩短为1 d内,获得了染色清晰,组织完整的解剖结构,与传统石蜡制片法的效果相同。

Electrothermal Constant - temperature Paraffin Section

Abstract:To improve the traditional paraffin section, the electrolhermal eonstant- temperature dry box , supplying high temperature, was used to paraffin section. Compare to traditional paraffin section, take Cyrtomium fortunei leaf, Pteris henryi petiole, Pinus massoniana root, Galinsoga parviflora stem, Jasminum nudiflorum fower as experimental material, observe the effect of the Electrothermal Constant - tempera- ture paraffin section. Resuh show that: By electrothermal constant -temperature paraffin section, it~ the same as traditional paraffin paraffin, which has the anatomical structure that distinct staining and holonomic tissue, hut the experimental cycle was shorten to one day.
