摘    要:霍林河流经内蒙古东部和吉林西部 ,处于生态环境脆弱带上 ,是半干旱气候条件下具有典型意义的内流河 ,其径流特征及演变规律对区域环境演化和水资源开发利用具有重要影响。本文通过对霍林河近半个世纪以来径流资料的分析 ,采用 Kendall趋势分析及关联度分析定量研究了径流演变的规律 ,分析了径流变化的驱动机制及对生态环境的影响。结果表明在气候干旱化和人类活动的双重影响下 ,霍林河径流演化具有阶段性、突变性和非线性的特点 ,流域水土资源的不合理开发是导致水文情势变化、水域功能消退的主要驱动力。探讨内流河径流演变的规律对区域生态环境的影响以及水资源合理开发利用具有积极现实的意义 ,为区域资源的合理开发和社会经济可持续发展提供科学依据

Abstract:The Huolin River is a typical interior river located in the friable zone, which flows through the east of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region and west of the Jilin Pronvince. The runoff characteristics and evolution law have an important impact on the regional evolution and water resources development. Based on the analysis of runoff data about half a century, using methods of Kendall trend analysis and correlation analysis the driving mechanism of the runoff change and its influence on the eco-environment were studied. The result showed that the runoff had a tendency of non-linear, under the influence of the climate aridity and human activity, irrational utilization of water and soil resources resulted in hydrology condition change and basic function degradation, which were very important for water resources exploitation. Some scientific countermeasures for rational resources use and social economic sustainable development were put forward.
