基于电子操动的直流断路器设计

摘    要:设计一种直流断路器,使用单机构同步操作双灭弧室来实现电流转移原理和消除电弧。并且提高了分闸速度。应用电子操动系统来实现其机械化工程,并给出了计算模型。实验表明这种结构是有效的,有利于促进直流断路器的机电一体化进程。

Abstract:A DC circuit breaker was designed in this paper, which realized the commutation principle and extinguished arc by operating two arc chambers with a single organization and made the open speed faster as well. The developed electronic-actuator was used to realize its mechanization. The calculating models were developed and the experimental results indicated that the new mechanisms worked efficiently and promoted the electromechanization process of DC circuit breaker.
