摘    要:目的]研究越橘品种"北陆"和"蓝丰"在水分胁迫条件下的生理反应。方法]采用盆栽试验,以2年生半高丛越橘"北陆"和高丛越橘"蓝丰"为试材,研究2种类型越橘在不同的水分胁迫条件下的生理反应。结果]在不同的水分胁迫条件下,"蓝丰"和"北陆"的SOD活性值均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在处理第7天2个品种的中度水分胁迫处理的SOD活性值均达最高值;2个品种的脯氨酸含量随着水分胁迫处理时间的延长逐渐上升;"蓝丰"和"北陆"的MDA含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,其下降幅度顺序为严重水分胁迫〉中度水分胁迫〉正常水分处理;2个品种叶片中的可溶性糖含量也呈现先上升后下降的趋势。结论]SOD、脯氨酸、MDA和可溶性糖含量与越橘的抗旱性密切相关。
