浙农113和浙农139引种重庆涪陵后化学成分的变化

摘    要:本文研究了浙农113和浙农139等2个茶树品种引种重庆涪陵后新;梢化学成分的变化,结果表明,该2个茶树品种从纬度较高的平地茶区杭州引 移栽至纬度较低的高山茶区重庆夫后,茶树生长良好。鲜叶氨基酸、茶多酚、儿茶素类和咖啡因含量均有增加。说明浙农113和浙农139适应于在重庆涪陵推广。

Abstract:Chemical comosition changes in tea shoots of clones Zhenong 113 and Zhenong 139 was studied after they were introduced from Hangzhou to Zhongqing.The results showed that the two tea clones grew well and their contents of amino acids,tea polyphenols,catechins and caffeine increased after introduced from higher latitude and lower elevation area Hangzhou to lower latitude but higher elevation area Fuling of Zhongqing.It suggested that tea clones Zhenong 113 and Zhenong 139 were suitably popularized in Fuling Area.
