腐殖酸对污染土壤中镉解吸的影响

摘    要:
采用二次回归饱和D—最优设计,以腐殖酸的两组分—富里酸、胡敏酸为材料,研究其对水稻土镉溶出能力的影响。结果表明供试的两种有机物对水稻土镉的解析影响强弱为富里酸>胡敏酸。富里酸能显著促进污染土中镉的解吸,提高土壤镉的有效性;胡敏酸却显著降低污染土中镉的溶出。富里酸、胡敏酸与土壤镉的提取率之间存在良好的相关性。

Abstract:
By the quadratic regression optimum design,the effect of the two fractions of humus(FA and HA) on the desorption behavior of paddy soil for Cd were studied.The results showed that humus tested significantly affected the solubility of Cd from the paddy soil,with a magnitude sequence of FA>HA.The presence of FA could promoted the desorption befavior of paddy soil for Cd,and increased the tosicity of Cd.Whereas,HA remarkably inhibited the desorption of paddy soil for Cd.FA and HA were well correlated with the dissolving rate of cadmium.
