高职院校教师绩效评价指标体系构建及运用

摘    要:高职院校教师绩效评价指标体系的构建和运用,旨在以"绩效"为导向,促进高职院校师资队伍建设水平不断提高。通过对调研数据的整理分析,结合高职院校教师队伍的实际情况,我们构建了高职院校教师绩效评价指标体系。该体系由5项一级指标、15项二级指标构成,全面地反映了高职院校教师的师德师风、教学业绩、科研业绩、社会服务业绩以及综合业绩情况。

Abstract:The aim of the construction and application of the performance evaluation index system is to guide as performance and con- tribute to the evaluation. The purpose is to contribute to the teacher quality development of higher vocational colleges. Through the anal- ysis of survey data, combined with the actual situation of teachers in higher vocational colleges, we construct the performance evaluation index system about high vocational college teachers. The index system consists of five primary index and fifteen second index, fully re- fleets the higher vocational college teachers" ethics, teaching performance, results of scientific research, social service performance and comprehensive performance.
