初中思想品德课教师专业发展内涵及素质探析

摘    要:随着基础教育课程改革进程的不断推进,促进教师的专业发展水平,提高教师的素质已经成为时代和社会发展的迫切需要。基础教育课程改革,赋予初中思想品德课教师专业发展以新的内涵,对其素质提出了独特的要求。明确初中思想品德课教师专业发展的内涵及素质,既是教师个体持续专业发展的需要,也是教师教育发展的要求。

The connotation and quality of the professional development of teachers of moral course in junior high school

Abstract:With constant advance of curriculum reform process of basic education,promoting teachers' professional level of development and improving teachers' quality has become the urgent demand of the development of time and society. Curriculum reform of basic education endows the professional development of teachers of moral course in junior high school with new connotation,and makes unique requirements of their quality. To make clear the connotation and quality of the professional development of teachers of moral course in junior high school is the need of continuous development of teacher's personal profession and the demand of teachers' education development.
