PBL教学法在食品类专业《食品营养与卫生学》课程中的应用

摘    要:在应用型本科食品类专业的《食品营养与卫生学》课程教学中,引入PBL教学法,改变了传统以教师为中心的教学模式,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高了学生的学习兴趣,拓宽了学生的知识面,培养了学生独立思考与解决问题的能力,体现了以人为本的教学理念,取得了较好的教学效果。

Abstract:In the course teaching of Food Nutrition and Hygiene in application - oriented university, introducing PBL, it could change traditional teaching mode with teacher as the center, give full play to students" subjective initiative, improve the students" interest in learning, broaden their knowledge, train their ability of thinking and solving problems independently , embody the humanist teaching i- dea and obtain better effect.
