| 摘 要： | 对红掌切花在瓶插衰老过程中的水分平衡值、鲜重、可溶性蛋白含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明:红掌切花在瓶插过程中,水分平衡值由正值变为负值;鲜重和可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化呈先上升后下降的趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量在瓶插过程中一直呈上升趋势。
