| 摘 要： | 以非洲菊幼嫩花托为外殖体,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度6-BA、IBA、GA等进行愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化、继代增殖、生根培养和过渡炼苗.结果表明:采用MS 2.0～5.0mg/L(单位下同)6-BA 0.25～0.5IBA培养基,愈伤诱导率在60%以上;采用MS 4.06 BA 0.25IBA 0.5～2.0GA培养基对芽的生长及增殖效果好,增殖率可达13.5;采用1/2MS 0.1NAA或0.1～0.5IBA或0.5～1.0IAA培养基,20 d生根率达100%.在蛭石:珍珠岩:泥炭=1:1:1基质中驯苗,成活率可达95%以上.

| Abstract: | Gerbera jamesonii Bolus tender receptacles were used as the explants and MS was used as the basic culture medium, multiplication cultivation of making roots as culturing seedlings of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus were done in BA,IBA,GA of different density. The results showed: in the culture medium of MS 2. 0-5. 0 mg/L6-BA 0. 25-0. 5 mg/LIBA, the callus rate was more than 60% , in MS 4. 06-BA 0. 25IBA 0. 5-2.0GA,the effect on multipcation and growth of sprouts was good, the multiplication rate can reach 13. 5 times;in 1/2MS 0. 1NAA or 0. 1-0. 5IBA or 0. 5-1. 0IAA,which made the rooting rate can reach 100% during 20 days; if the sprouts were transplanted into the substrate in which the rate among vermiculite, perlite and peat was 1 : 1 : 1, the survival can overtake 95%. |
