岷贝母小鳞茎再生诱导效应的研究(简报)

摘    要:在MS培养基和1/2 MS培养基上,研究了不同激素种类及其配比对岷贝母野生鳞茎外植体小鳞茎诱导和增殖的影响.结果显示:两种培养基上岷贝母小鳞茎增殖的最佳激素组合均为NAA 2 mg.L-1+2,4-D 2mg.L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 0.5 mg.L-1+KT 0.2 mg.L-1,诱导率分别为60.00%和56.67%.

Abstract:The effects of different phytohormones composition in MS and 1/2MS medium on regeneration induction of Fritillaria przewalskii bulbs were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimal composition of hormones which induced regeneration from bulbs were MS and 1/2 MS medium supplemented with NAA 2 mg·L-1,2,4-D 2 mg·L-1,6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1,IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 and KT 0.2 mg·L-1.The inductivity of two mediums were 60 % and 56.67 %.
