| 摘 要： | 针对目前农村金融服务体系存在的问题,分析了农村金融服务体系存在问题的成因,提出加快法律制定;培育良好政策环境;提升农村金融服务的基本功能;建立多层次的农村金融体系,培育农村金融市场竞争机制;建立和完善风险分散和补偿机制等创新农村金融服务体系的对策建议。认为构建以合作金融为主的多元化农村金融服务体系是解决农村金融供给不足问题的有效措施。
