| 摘 要： | 启发式教学是现代素质教育中所提倡的高效率的教学方法,生物化学是食品科学与工程专业一门重要的专业基础课。通过运用启发式教学方法,可以培养和激发学生的学习兴趣、扩展学生的思维、提高学生的学习能力,收到良好的教学效果。
