| 摘 要： | 对我国菠萝加工扣综合利用的现状进行了论述;重点介绍了近两年菠萝罐头、浓缩菠萝果肉汁、发酵菠萝果酒发展情况;提出了我国菠萝加工企业的税费负担较重,在一定程度上造成我国菠萝加工企业处于竞争劣势地位.

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the situation of processing and the comprehensive utilization on pineapple in China and primary introduced the development of canned food, concentrated juice, and fermented wine of pineapples last 2 years. Finally the author concluded that the higher duty makes native enter prises in a inferior position when compete with foreign companies. |
