不同生境下栓皮栎叶形态解剖的研究

摘    要:
对生长在不同生态环境下的栓皮栎叶的形态解剖特征进行了比较研究,结果表明,栓皮栎叶的形态特征随生态环境而变化,阳坡与阴坡相比,栅海比高、表皮毛多、厚角组织厚、外表皮细胞厚、有蜡质层等,表现为旱生植物叶的结构特征,阴坡栓皮栎叶表现为水生植物叶的结构特征.

Abstract:
Comparative research had been made for form and dissect composition of the oriental oaks' leaf distributed in the different habitats, the result showed that the form feature of Quercus variabilis leaf change very larged with the different habitats. Rate of palisade tissue and spongy tissue of the oriental oaks' leaf of south-facing slope was higher, the cuticle feather was better, the thick horn organization was thicker , the outward pyidermis cell was thicker, the waxy layer was thicker than that of north-facing slope, Q. variabilis leaf in south-facing slope was composition feature of the xerophyte leaf, but Q. variabilis leaf of north-facing slope was composition feature of the water plant leaf.
