摘    要:以引自美国的禾本科牧草高山早熟禾(Poaaalpine)、俄罗斯野麦(Elymus junceus)、无芒冰草(Agropyroninerme)等5个草种为研究材料,分别通过人工控制水分和温度胁迫处理后测定其脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量在水分胁迫下随胁迫加剧而持续增加,温度胁迫下先增加后降低;SOD活性在水分胁迫下持续增加,温度胁迫下呈增加-降低-增加的变化趋势;MDA含量在水分胁迫下持续增加,温度胁迫下仅高山早熟禾增加显著(P0.05),其余草种变化均不显著。运用隶属函数法综合评价各牧草的抗旱性和抗寒性,得出其抗旱性强弱顺序为俄罗斯野麦高山早熟禾爱达荷冰草(Goldar)爱达荷冰草(Secar)无芒冰草;抗寒性强弱顺序为高山早熟禾俄罗斯野麦爱达荷冰草(Secar)无芒冰草爱达荷冰草(Goldar)。
