| 摘 要： | 为保护公益林资源,维护生态安全,国家建立了森林生态效益补偿制度。本文通过4个方面分别介绍了森林生态效益补偿基金的范围、天津市森林生态效益补偿制度基本情况、天津市生态效益补偿工作开展中存在的问题及对策。

| Abstract: | To protect the public welfare forest resources and maintain ecological security, the country has established forest ecological benefit compensation system. This article through four aspects respectively introduces the scope of forest ecological benefit compensa- tion fund, the basic situation of forest ecological benefit compensation system in Tianjin, the problems and countermeasures exist in e- cological benefit compensation work developing. |
