| 摘 要： | 胚胎干细胞(ESCs)是遗传工程、发育生物学和疾病模型研究与应用的重要材料。猪ESCs建系研究虽已历经十多年,且已有建立猪类ES细胞系的报道,但由于其培养和鉴定方法基本都是借鉴小鼠和人的ESCs建系,从而使其培养体系存在着极大的不可靠性,至今未有种系嵌合的猪ESCs建系成功的报道。论文对猪ESCs建系的影响因素和存在的问题、传统的培养和鉴定方法在猪ESCs建系中的应用、ESCs多能性分子以及ESCs研究中出现的新理论进行了综述。
