蔬菜清洗技术和杀菌剂发展研究

摘    要:从不同的清洗方式入手,介绍蔬菜采后清洗方式的原理、特点、适用范围和作用,以及相关清洗机具的研发应用现状,总结常用清洗液的消毒杀菌剂优势和缺点,提出蔬菜清洗技术和杀菌剂的发展建议,为提高我国蔬菜清洗技术的水平提供借鉴。

Abstract:Starting with different cleaning methods,this paper introduces the principle,characteristics,application scope and function of vegetable postharvest cleaning methods,as well as the research and development and application status of related cleaning machines and tools,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of disinfection and bactericide in common cleaning liquid,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of vegetable cleaning technology and bactericide,so as to provide reference for improving the level of vegetable cleaning technology in China.
