乡村振兴战略背景下农业院校科研基地运行机理

2020年12月全国各省市均已宣布脱贫，各地在巩固脱贫攻坚优秀成果的同时拉开了乡村振兴的帷幕。甘肃农业大学北方马铃薯生产全程机械化科研基地秉持公益性原则，探索性地开展“高校科研基地+农业科研单位+政府+企业+合作社+农户”的多方共建模式，坚持政府对基地实行合同管理、注重交流与合作、完善设备共享使用与管理、实现科研成果转化与应用并实施评估监督的运行机制，通过潜心研发机具、科学试验、人才培养、产业带动及技术引领等方式加快乡村振兴进程，为乡村振兴战略的实施做出应有贡献。 

Operation Mechanism of Scientific Research Base of Agricultural Colleges under Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In December 2020，all provinces and cities across the country have announced poverty alleviation.While consolidating outstanding achievements of poverty alleviation，all regions have opened curtain of Rural Revitalization.The Northern Potato Production Mechanization Research Base of Gansu Agricultural University adheres to principle of public welfare，and explores the multi-party construction mode of“university research base+agricultural research unit+government+enterprise+cooperative+farmer”.It should adhere to operation mechanism that government implements contract management for the base，pays attention to communication and cooperation，improves sharing and management of equipment，realizes transformation and application of scientific research achievements，and implements evaluation and supervision.It could accelerate process of Rural Revitalization by devoting ourselves to research and development of machines and tools，scientific experiments，personnel training，industry driving and technology leading，so as to make due contributions to implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
