| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the application of micro-course in food analysis teaching by means of questionnaire survey,and discusses the method of rational application of micro-class in food analysis course,in order to promote the professional curriculum reform under the background of informatization,which provides theoretical support for the curriculum reform of food specialty in secondary vocational schools. |
