摘    要:农产品质量溯源平台对于农产品质量监管及食品质量保障具有重要作用。农产品质量监管涉及领域广、方面杂,且在质量监管过程中农户与企业参与力度不足,导致部分信息在收集过程中存在可靠性差、准确度低的问题。针对上述问题,从区块链核心技术出发,借鉴现有企业质量溯源经验,提出了一种使用联盟链的质量溯源系统。

Abstract:Agricultural product quality traceability platform plays an important role in agricultural product quality supervision and food quality assurance. Quality supervision of agricultural products involves a wide range of fields and various aspects, and the lack of participation of farmers and enterprises in process of quality supervision leads to poor reliability and low accuracy of some information in collection process. To solve above problems, a quality traceability system based on alliance chain was proposed by starting from core technology of blockchain and drawing on experience of existing enterprises in quality traceability.
