基于职业教育理念的思政教育体系构建

职业教育作为高等教育中一种类型的教育,无论在办学理念、办学特色、培养方式、培养目标等都有别于传统高等院校,而其思想政治教育的体系构建也应不同于传统的＂学术型＂高校。本文即以构建职业性思政教育体系为角度,从思政教育目标的职业性、思政教育队伍的职业性、思政教育内容的职业性、思政教育过程的职业性、思政教育方法的职业性等方面探究职业教育理念下的思政教育,以培养职业教育理念下具备坚定思想政治素质的社会主义建设事业的合格接班人。

Construction of Ideological and Political Education System Based on Concept of Vocational Education

As a type of higher education,vocational education is not only different from traditional higher education in its ideas and characteristics of school running,models and target of cultivation,but also different from traditional academic college in its system construction.This article targets at the angle of constructing vocational ideological and political education system,trying to analyze it from the aspects of occupations of its goal,teaching team,contents and execution process as well as its methods,therefore,to foster qualified socialism construction successors with firm ideological and political quality under the concept of vocational education.
