日粮中添加大豆黄酮及其复合制剂对绒山羊生产性能和相关激素水平的影响

摘    要:文章选用6月龄、体重约16 kg的雄性辽宁绒山羊9只,采用3×3拉丁方设计,研究基础日粮中添加大豆黄酮(3 mg·kg-1)及大豆黄酮与半胱胺协同应用(3 mg.kg-1+100 mg.kg-1 BW)对绒山羊生产性能和血浆T3、Ins水平的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,大豆黄酮组增重提高16.67%(P<0.01),血浆T3和Ins水平分别升高29.82%和9.76%(P<0.01);协同组增重提高5.56%(P<0.05),血浆T3和Ins水平分别升高35.77%和11.18%(P<0.01)。且两试验组均明显改善山羊绒品质,使绒纤维明显增长、变细,协同组作用效果大于大豆黄酮组。提示大豆黄酮及其与半胱胺协同应用可通过影响神经内分泌来提高绒山羊生产性能。

Abstract:Total 9 six-month-old male Liaoning Cashmere goats which were divided into three groups were used to study the effets of daidzein and daidzein combined with cysteamine added into basic diet on performance and concentrations of T3 and Ins of plasma in Cashmere goat.The experiment was followed the design of 3×3 Latin square.The results indicated that weight gain was increased by 16.67%(P<0.01) and T3 and Ins levels of plasma were increased by 29.82% and 9.76%(P<0.01) in the daidzein group,while weight gain was increased by 5.56%(P<0.05) and T3 and Ins levels of plasma were increased by 35.77% and 11.18%(P<0.01) in the daidzein combined cysteamine group.Traits of cashmere in Cashmere goat was obviously improved in two experiment groups,which improved the length of cashmere and decreased the diameter of cashmere in Cashmere goat.Effect of daidzein combined with cysteamine group was greater than that of daidzein group.It hinted that daidzein and daidzein combined with cysteamine could improve performance traits of Cashmere goat through regulating neuro-endocrine.
