试论实习支教的思想政治教育载体功能

实习支教作为教育实习的改革模式，为思想政治教育搭起了稳定的实践平台。为了更好地发挥实习支教的思想政治教育作用，对其思想政治教育载体功能进行了探究，认为实习支教显现了思想政治教育载体的承载性、传导性、实践性和目的性等特征；实习支教加深了师范生对我国农村和农村教育现状的认识，帮助师范生确立正确的人生观，提高了师范生的职业道德素质；为充分发挥实习支教的思想政治教育载体功能，要帮助师范生做好实习支教前的准备工作，加强对实习支教的支持力度，规范教学实习管理。

The in-post Teaching Practice as the Carrier of the Ideological and Political Education

As a model of teaching practice reform,the in-post teaching practice puts up a stable platform for the ideological and political education.To make the in-post teaching practice fully play its role in the ideological and political education,we did some research on its carrier,and come to a conclusion.The in-post teaching practice is the carrier,conductor and practicer of the ideological and political education.During in-post teaching practice,normal college students will have a clearer idea of the rural area and the rural education.It helps the students establish correct outlook on life and improves their professional and moral quality.Thenefore we must help normal college students make a good preparation before the practice and give more support to the volunteer in-post teaching practice.We should also regulate the teaching practice to create opportunities for the college students to do self-education.
