| 摘 要： | 分子生物学实验技术已经成为生命科学研究的重要工具。在分析高等农业院校研究生培养目标的基础上，将探究型模式用于河北农业大学研究生的分子生物学实验教学实践中，对教学模式、实验内容、方法、考核和实验室管理等方面进行改革，建立了合理的实验教学体系，旨在培养动手能力强且具有创新精神的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | The technology of molecular biology has developed an important tool for life science.According to the objectives of culturing graduate students in higher agriculture colleges,exploration-oriented teaching mode was utilized to our teaching practice of genetic engineering.In this paper,through reforming teaching modes,renewing teaching contents,improving teaching methods and examinations,advancing laboratory management and so on,we established a reasonable experimental teaching system,aiming at culturing high-quality students with practical and innovative ability. |
