| 摘 要： | 立足于从根本上解决好当前影响农村改革发展稳定的突出问题,肃宁县探索推行了农村社会管理"四个覆盖"工作模式。通过大力发展各类社会组织,让分散的个体农民有效组织起来,再通过在各类社会组织中建立党组织,把广大农民紧密地团结在党组织周围,既巩固了党在农村执政的群众基础,又保持和发展广大农民群众自我管理、创业致富的劳动热情,探索出一条新形势下加强农村社会管理的新路子。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the radical solution to the serious problems affecting the country reform,development and stability,Suning County has carried out the country social management mode called "Four Coverages".Dispersive individual peasants are organized effectively through vigorously developing various social organizations and establishing the Party branches in various organizations to make masses of peasants rally closely around the Party branches,which consolidates Party’s mass base and maintains and develops their self management and laboring enthusiasm to create riches.Therefore,a new way to strengthen the country social management in Suning County is created in the new era. |
