| 摘 要： | 本文研究了29个新疆野苹果的花粉形态。结果表明,新疆野苹果的花粉为3孔沟、圆球形、近球形、长球形。外壁呈条纹状纹饰,带有穴状穿孔,可分成5类:条大穴纹饰、条小穴纹饰,条穴纹饰、条穴—附属物纹饰及穴短条纹饰。花粉的P/E 值用于探讨苹果属植物的起源与演化具有重要的意义。新疆野苹果以新源县为起源点,向西发展,经巩留、伊宁到达霍城。在苹果属植物中,新疆野苹果可能是苹果亚组中较原始的种类。

| Abstract: | Examination of the pollen grains of 29 wild types of Malus sieversii inChina with scanning electron microscopy shows that their pollen grains aretricolporate,of spherical,near-shperical or prolate shape.The sculpture of theexine is striate with faveolate perforations.The sexines may be classified intofive types:striate-large-faveolate perforations,striate-small-faveolate perfo-rations,striate-faveolate perforations,striate-faveolate-perforations-subsidiary and faveolate-pe(?)foration-short-striate.The P/E value of the pollengrain is of importance to the approaching of the origin and evolution of the ge-nus of Malus.M.sieversii is believed to have originated in the area of XinyuanCounty and spread westward to Huocheng through Gongliu or to Ili along theIling River.M.sieversii is a comparatively primitive species in Pumilae. |
