| 摘 要： | 针对国内挤压式核桃破壳机的缺点,提出一种多辊挤压式核桃破壳机,该机选用间断性挤压式破壳方法,利用破壳辊与多对辅助破壳辊形成由大到小间断性的多工位挤压破壳工作区,该区可对核桃进行破壳取仁。通过对核桃破壳试验及影响核桃破壳的主要因素进行分析表明,当最小破壳间距小于核桃横径2 mm,破壳辊转速80 r/min,辅助破壳辊转速50 r/min时,破壳质量较好。
