高产优质油菜新品种浙平4号的选育及特征特性

目的]介绍高产优质油菜新品种浙平4号。方法]对浙平4号的选育经过、植物学特征、产量、品质及栽培要点进行综述。结果]浙平4号是采用杂交育种和离子束诱变育种相结合的方法选育而成的高产、优质、抗病油菜新品种,全生育期233d,一次有效分枝8～12个,千粒重3.9g。2005～2006年在安徽省油菜品种生产试验中产量为2451.6kg/hm2,比对照皖油14增产1.84%,品质表现为芥酸含量0.20%,硫甙含量22.45μmol/g(饼),粗脂肪含量41.35%,含油率较高。生产上要早播早栽,重施底肥,增施磷、钾、硼肥。结论]该研究为浙平4号的推广应用提供了依据。

Breeding and Cultivation Points of the New Rape Variety Zheping 4 with Hjgh Yield and Good Quality

Objective] The study aimed to introduce the new rape variety Zheping 4 with high yield and good quality. Method] The breeding process, botanic characters, yield, quality and cultivation points of Zheping 4 were summarized. Result] Zheping 4 was a new rape variety with high yield, good quality and disease resistance, which was bred by the combination of cross breeding and mutation breeding induced by ion beam. It has the whole growth period of 233 d, 8-12 first effective branches and 1 000-seed weight of 3.9 g. Its yield was 2451.6 kg/hm2 in the production experiment of rape variety in Anhui Province in 2005-2006, which increased 1.84 % in comparison with Wanyou 14 (CK). Its quality showed as erucic acid content of 0.20 %, sulfuric glucoside content of 22.45 μmol/g (sapeseed cake), crude fat content of 41.35 % and higher oil content. It should be sowed and cultivated early, the more base fertilizer should be applied and the dosages of phosphorous, potassium and boron fertilizers should be increased in production. Conclusion] The research provided basis for the popularization and application of Zheping 4.
