安徽省涉农企业应用电子商务平台研究

将决策分析的常用方法 AHP法及其特征值计算的框架整合进SWOT分析法,用于分析安徽省涉农企业应用电子商务平台的优势因素、劣势因素、机会因素和威胁因素的权重,并结合Delphi法构建了一个适用于战略决策的定量模型。结果显示采用WO战略打造符合省情的农业电子商务服务平台、加快现代农业物流配送体系建设是较为理想的战略选择。

Research on Application of Electronic Business Platform of Agricultural Enterprises in Anhui Province

By integrating the commonly used decision analysis methods,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and its eigenvalue calculation framework with SWOT analysis method were used to analyze the weight of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats factors of electronic business platform of agricultural enterprises in Anhui Province application.A quantitative model suitable for organizational decision was constructed by connecting with the Delphi method.The results indicated that taking WO strategy,making agricultural electronic business service platform fit the situation of Anhui Province,accelerating the modern agricultural logistics distribution system construction were the ideal strategy choices.
