匈牙利大麦品种遗传多样性的ISSR分析

摘    要:为给大麦种质资源的利用提供分子生物学依据,以甘肃省育成大麦品种陇啤1号(XYL-601)为对照,利用内部简单重复序列多态性(ISSR)分子标记技术分析了来自匈牙利的30份大麦种质资源的多样性。在31份大麦种质资源中,12条ISSR引物扩增出112个条带,其中多态性条带比率(PPB)为82.14%,扩增产物片段大小在0.2~1.5kb之间。通过聚类分析,将供试大麦种质资源分为2大类。本研究结果表明,匈牙利大麦遗传多样性水平较高,可以引进利用,为甘肃大麦育种提供资源基础。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of 30 barley materials from hungary was analyzed using molecular marker, with the local barley specie as control, to provide biological information on utilization and breeding of barley germplasm. Inter simple Sequence Repeated (ISSR) markers were applied to detect genetic diversity of 30 barley germplasm from Hungary. 112 bands were amplified with 12 ISSR primers, with 82.14% polymorphic ones. The amplified DNA fragments were 0.2~1.5 kb in size. The constructed dendrogram showed that the 31 barley germplasm were clustered into two groups. There was a high genetic diversity in barley germplasm. The barley germplasm from Hungary could be used as breeding resources.
