山羊精液稀释液常温保存及稀释倍数的研究

摘    要:研究了5不同配方的稀释液在常温下对羊精液的保存效果及稀释倍数。结果表明,第Ⅴ组稀释液保存效果好,稳定性强,取用方便,适宜推广。保存10~12 h的精液受胎率明显高于22~24 h的精液。精液有效存活时间、第一情期受胎率以稀释倍数15较高(80%),存活时间为50 h。

Abstract:During 4 month test peroid, 5 health, good body and close physique size stud bucks of Nanjiang huang goat, 24 - 30 month old. were selected to be divided into 5 groups stochastically for researching the seminal fluid preserved effect and diluent fluid of 5 kinds of different diluent on goat seminal fluid under the normal temperature. The result indicated that Vgroup had good and stable diluent preservation effect, which was used conveniently, and suitable to be extended. The first estrus had higher fertility rate of 80% at diluent fluid of 15, with the survival time of 50 hours.
