利用PSM和G-5标记鉴定水稻对稻瘿蚊的抗性

摘    要:利用广东省农科院等筛选的与Gm6基因连锁的PSM和G-5两个标记,以抗蚊青占、桂99、抗15-1、抗15-2、抗15-3、抗15-4、抗8、抗14、淦恢3号-169、淦恢3号和淦恢G398为试验材料,对Gm6基因进行检测。结果表明:抗15-1、抗15-2、抗15-3、抗15-4、抗8、抗14和淦恢3号-169、淦恢3号均含有Gm6基因,桂99和淦恢G398则不含Gm6基因。

Abstract:Taking Kangwenqingzhan,Gui 99,Kang 15-1,Kang 15-2,Kang 15-3,Kang 15-4,Kang 8,Kang 14,Ganhui No.3-169,Ganhui No.3 and Ganhui G398 as the tested materials,this study identified the resistance of these rice varieties to Orseolia oryzae by using PSM and G-5 markers linked to gene Gm6,which were selected by Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The results demonstrated that Kang 15-1,Kang 15-2,Kang 15-3,Kang 15-4,Kang 8,Kang 14,Ganhui No.3-169 and Ganhui No.3 all contained Gm6 gene,while Gui 99 and Ganhui G398 did not contain Gm6.
