| 摘 要： | 通过对鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒（IBDV）RNA的提取、反转录及PCR反应条件、检测灵敏度等进行探讨，结果表明，采用反转录-多聚酶链式反应（RT－PCR）是检测鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒的可靠方法，RNA的提取简单易行，不经过病毒提纯，可检出的病毒RNA最低量可达1pg。

| Abstract: | The extraction method of IBDV RNA, the condition of RT-PCR and its detection sensitivity are studied in this paper.The result showed that RT-PCR is a reliable method to detect IBDV, andeasy to extract IBDV RNA.It can detect out the lower IBDV RNA for 1pg without purifying IBDV. |
