| Abstract: | In order to get adapted to the new tasks of library at present, it necessary to adopt flexible time work system, as many libraries have practiced flexible time work system in China for many years. However, there are a lot of problems that need to be resolved in the process of practicing flexible time work system in library. This paper has put forward suggestions on these problems based- on our practice. |
